Will Sheryl Crow Blame It On The Alcohol?
The 52nd Grammy Awards proved one recipe never gets old. Combine one room packed with "artists" (make sure to mix up the quality and talent level). Add a few bottles of alcohol. A thin layer of Auto-tune. A pinch of self-importance and a dash of the fear of dropping out of the limelight. While Extra’s host Mario "A.C. Slater" Lopez was interviewing Jamie Foxx and Sheryl Crow, the artists made an impromptu collaboration deal. Whether Sheryl will blame this move on the alcohol has yet to be seen.
“I’m doing my album, I would love to do something with you… I would love to, I’m serious,” Jamie told Sheryl during the Extra interview.
Sheryl told Jamie she heard some of his upcoming album through mutual friend Justin Timberlake, classifying it as “unbelievable.”
Eager to get recording, Foxx shared some possible lyrics with "Extra." "There was a cowboy born on the plain, she was the wind that blew out his flame..."
